Palace on Wheels Tariff :

The royal tour on the Palace on Wheels doesn't cost you much in comparisons to services and facilities the train offers to its valued guests. Depending on the time of your visit, two types of tariff are applicable to tourists.

High Season tariff applicable: October to March
Lean Season discounted tariff applicable: April & September

Note: Foreigners residing/working in India can pay either in US $ or the equivalent conversion of tariff in Indian Rupees as per Exchange Rate applicable on the date of giving booking/sending advance( Pls. check current dollar exchange rate with us).

The above mentioned tariff is inclusive of all the cost of travel and catering that includes morning tea, breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner, sightseeing tours in deluxe coaches, entrance fee for monuments and palaces, boat riding in Lake Palace Hotel at Udaipur, camel safari at Jaisalmer and many more entertainment programs during the Palace on Wheels India tour.

Note: 10% Surcharge shall be levied on departure during Christmas/New Year.

The reservation/cancellation of passenger on the Palace-On-Wheels may be done as per the following terms and conditions:

BOOKING :

(i) 55% of ticket value at the time of booking
(ii) 45% of ticket value 65 days prior to departure

CANCELLATION :

(i) 10% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure
(ii) 25% of ticket value 30-59 days prior to departure
(iii) 100% of ticket value 45 days prior to departure

CHECK IN :

Reporting time is 4 pm at Delhi Cantt Railway Station
